Just one more question... Can a play a non-member of winbolo.net 1x1 and have it ranked as a win/loss? It doesnt say and i was wondering because it would have to assume their rating (1600).

Hey, I'm new here and have been playing for about a week. I was wondering how i start a 1x1 game that counts for the ratings? Do I just start a passworded game, and then only let one other person in?
