I have yet to see anyone banned from .us for showing up, saying hello, playing games, and going home. I have trouble not laughing when someone feels aggrieved that he's banned for crashing servers or hosting warez or porn. How shocking!!! Who would ever have guessed? When you woke up today, presumably no one told you not to walk in front of a moving bus, but you knew enough not to do it anyway. However did you manage that?
If you had the common sense that god gave mud, you mighta suspected that someone who owns a public video game-related server wouldn't mean "Take your warez down, but porn, hey, no problem!" I can't wait for your next argument, which will probably be: "But you didn't say MP3s!" After that will come, "But that's a .wav file! You didn't say that!"
If you'd like to be unbanned (and we do miss you!), consider giving reasons why you should be that don't involve the following:
(1) Person X, who banned me, is hypocritical
(2) It's not fair b/c someone else did it and didn't get banned
(3) I'm a veteran and call everyone retarded, but geez, I didn't think I'd get in trouble for this!
(4) I won't do it again

That the trouble with bans and complaints seem to flare up around the same people over and over, like you and Madd Maxx. Wouldn't that seem to suggest that the problem is with those users (who are a small minority), not with the bot and IRC operators or the community?

No matter how much y'all bitch, these things will not change. DZ and MM will not be unbanned simply because they want to be unbanned, LRL will not be banned... so you're pretty much fucked, no matter how you paint it. If LRL was a psychopathic bastard that killed 20 women and children on the average day... all before breakfast, that would not change the fact that he owns the IRC server and it would not change the fact that I find it highly improbable that sheeps, ren or pawn will ban LRL.
By the way, paragraphs usually only serve for one line of thought. I'm not bitching about how you write, but it makes your post easier to read if you've got breaks in between.
