Saved WinBolo Settings

Where does WinBolo save its settings? When I installed it on a computer here on campus, I could change things like my key settings, nick name, and menu settings and things would stay that way throughout the current game. Yet whenever I quit the current game and joined a new one, all the settings were reverted back to their original state.

They are saved using standard windows ini saving functions to a file called winbolo.ini. This is stored in the windows directory by default. I'm not sure how it is saved in a shared environment.
