Cannot host a game with my computer

Mar 14, 2004 04:17 Cannot host a game with my computer
When I try to host a game for the tracker, I get this error:

There was no response from the game you tried to contact.
This usually means 1 of 3 things:
1. You have the address and port fields incorrect.
2. You are behind some kind of firewall preventing UDP access.
3. Check that your version of WinBolo is the same as the game

I have my firewall off, but what should all of the fields say, like IP, Ports, etc.???

What steps do you follow to create the game?

how do you host games so other people can join the games that I made? :?

That would be covered on page 4 of the manual.

Here is what it says:
To start a Internet game:
1. Run Lin/WinBolo.
2. Select Internet Game.
3. Click OK.
4. Click New.
5. Select your map and modify the game setting to your liking.
6. Click OK.
For more information on game settings see section. Section 3.1.6.

If you need help getting on the IRC channels, i have written the best guide ever for connecting to them. U will need mIRC (get it from www.mirc.com). then, go here to see my tutorial. Connect to .com and join #winbolo (tutorial also explains about this.....). If this helps, please post some feedback. :D
