I want to know if you can change the color of your shield, ammo, mines, etc.. . bars? Like when you create a skin, if you could how would one go around changing the color? :?

how do you change lgms? i cant see em newhere on the default stuff crap..... :(

You can't change the colour of the bars at this stage. You can change the colour of the LGM but it is for all players in the game.
