what is a fair game ? a game with 3,4,5 players against one ? i don't think so. a game where a player make ally take pill and broke ally ? sure winbolo was a fair game, but not today.

The only way to GUARANTEE a fair game is to follow proper protocol on a STRICT or TOURNAMENT game. Open games are basically a free for all, although they can be fun. Proper protocol on a strict or tourn. game goes like this:

1. lock the game when it's decided that enough people (usually 4) are in the game to make a fair matchup. If there are 4 people, it would be 2 on 2 (2x2)

2. Everyone discuss who will be on who's team.

3. Ally

4. Get onside (one team starts north, the other south, or whatever you decide)

5. Make sure everyone is ready.

6. Someone calls "go"

7. GO!



I know there are lots of guides written about this and I'm pretty much repeating them.

If this protocol isn't followed perfectly, step-by-step, you can't depend on the game being fair.
