Default skin

For those of you that want to create skins, here is the link to the default skin that you can download and edit.

It includes:
- screen.bmp - screen graphics
- skin.bmp - tile graphics
- skin32.bmp - double size tile graphics
- skin.ini - skin information

It is located at:
