sure there is ... he should stay banned becuase he did something bad .. just becuase you say your sorry doesn't mean you should get unbanned instantly .... I think he should stay banned long enough that he learns his lesson properly.

dude he wasnt even banned there was just a possibility of him being banned but hey, the other ppl did it to and on that game there was a whole lot of ppl clogging the "line". plus it happens to me all the time, sum newby or other bolo paticapent starts requesting allience like 8 times and u know, i dont act like a cry baby and try to get them banned.
