You can change the keys by pressing Control+K during the game or selecting Set Keys from the WinBolo menu. Try (re)setting them there.

When you do happen to change your key setup, I and others HIGHLY reommend you to play using the key setup provided on FireIce's website. It allows you to move, shoot, and mine with one hand, and have the other on the mouse at all times.
