Thought I'd make a post to celebrate July 4th, the day when a bunch of british citizens living in what is now known as the United States decided to cast off their oppressive governement and become independent!

This day disgusts me. You rednecks celebrate a bunch of Englishmen who were too cheap to pay a little bit of taxes, so they revolted against the King of England and broke away from the British Empire. The government was not OVERLY opressive, they just needed to tax the people in the colonies to pay for the large, expensive British army which protected them from attacks by natives.
