Haha, oh man, I remember this from winbolo.com. Has anyone actually created an entire map from WOME? It seems pretty masochistic to me but it makes me happy to see it again.

oh boy! i liked this...not that i ever used it seriously.... but anyways, an idea is maybe it could be linked to the winbolo.net map db, so u could load any map in wb.net.... some more useless work for a useless tool...

Im still waiting for some flash stud / studette to build a little flash app (swf) that can be used to display maps. Flash can zoom easy, and it will look great even if the tiles are not vectored. *hint* *hint* *nudge*

start coding sheeps :) It would prolly be almost easier for php to make the image...then flash to open the image and do its zooming thing. hmmm doesn't sound overly hard. I will look into it, it will hel me stay awake in programming class.

OK, you've had months to complete SJ. Does this method still make the most sense? Anyone else have the time and skills to create a swf that loads a .map file for zooming etc?
