"New" Game Problem....

Everytime I start a game, it says on Winbolo.net that I am not in the game, even though I am, and my stats don't get counted by winbolo.net. I already have everything correct in the "Winbolo.net Settings", so why does this happen?

Some things to try/look at

1. When in the game do you have a * next to your name in the Players menu?
2. What options do you have set in the WinBolo.net settings window?
3. Do you receive any error messages when trying to join a game with WinBolo.net enabled?

1. Yes, the * is there.

2. I have the boxes checked on both the "Use Winbolo.net" and "Save Winbolo.net" boxes.

3. Every once in a while.

In that case, when you have played a game and completed it (when you have a star next to your name) please visit the archived games page http://www.winbolo.net/archivedgames.php, find the game that you were playing, click the log button and copy and paste the log url into this thread. It will allow me to investigate this further.

Additionally, I just looked at your player profile page: http://www.winbolo.net/playerinfo.php?name=Sakurazukamori and noticed that it has registered that you have played 175 games, captured 367 pillboxes, 622 bases and killed 288 tanks.

This would be indicative that your statistics are being recorded.

Yes, they are being recorded, but only when I join an already existing game. It's when I start a game that my stats aren't recorded, nor am I even recorded to have ever joined the game; this is what I'm having problems with.

In that case the archive log information as below will be required. How are you starting the server? Via the client or via the dedicated server?

By the client, I suppose. What I do is click on "Internet (Tracker Search)", then "OK", then "New".

Does the server show up on WinBolo.net when it is running, and on the archive page afterwards?

Yes, the game does show up, but it disappears after a few minutes as well.

Please provide a link to the archived game log.

It sounds like your server is taking a long to connect to WinBolo.net to register itself. Try running the dedicated server from the command line and see if this is the case.
