Password retreval system link problem!!!

This is Madd Maxx speaking... When you go into the help page and click on the "Help! I've lost my password" link and then click the "Password retreval system" link, it then takes you to the sign-up page (http://www.winbolo.net/signup.php) and you have to click another link (http://www.winbolo.net/lostpassword.php) to actually get to the password retreval system page. Elvis (or some other person) should change the link so that when you click "password retreval system", it should go right to the password retreval system page. Could someone please do this?
