I think that "moderated free speech" would be okay. Id est, you can say anything you want as long as it isn't racist/disturbing/pornographic/ so utterly stupid it should never be mentioned here :shock: . We have "moderated free speech" in Canada and it seems to work :P. You can say anything you want so long as it doesn't conflict with other pplz rights. I'm all for moderation for certain things, like Jason's gigabytes of pointless shit. But if some ppl want to bitch about something WinBolo/non Winbolo related (e.g. they don't like a current policy or way something is done), they should be allowed to bitch about it. IF moderators delete/lock something, they should have a damn good reason. They should not be able to delete things for personal reasons.
Another Idea I have always liked is FircIce's idea (at least I think it was FireIce, but I could be mistaken, please correct me if I am wrong). The one where the starter of the thread lays out the details of it (what you can and cannot say), and if the thread starter wants it locked, they can have it locked. Sorry if I didn't make alotta sense^ up there btw.
