FBL Divisions are now Skill Based

Dec 30, 2004 13:40 FBL Divisions are now Skill Based

After some discussions in IRC, it appeared that people were mainly choosing divisions based on who else was there rather than the time of the day they could play. So I have changed division names to the following:

Division A (Advanced)
Division B (Intermediate)
Division C (Novice)

Players should now enroll in the division that best suits them. I have moved a few players who were already enrolled to more appropriate divisions for them, though they are free to move themselves before they play a game.

Newer players are encourage to join the Novice division where they can matchup against others of similar ability.
