forums pictures

i know a lot of forums do have let there members have a little picture under there name. and i wanted to know why we don't have it here?
i really don't care either way if we have them or not.

in some cases this is a cool and fun idea... but in other cases such as the homosexual jokingclown.. he might have a picture of his face full of cum, or a big black penis.. this can be disturbing and might be a reason why elvis decided not to allow pictures..
