Umm, basically ..... noone can be banned from winbolo.net .... so basically people can post whatever they want, including advertising (such as this) ... not technically spam, just advertising.

In addition to that, becuase of the snivelling from several members of the community, the forum policy was built in a way that doesn't allow moderators to do anything ..... unless they are elvis, elvis seems to be able to do whatever he likes. But I'm not allowed to edit posts, delete posts, or any of the other moderator type activities. If I happened to do any of those things, people would snivel until my moderator status was removed. So ya, all a moderator gets is a pretty green nick when browsing the forums.
