LRL vs dZ

Hello all!

Well i just thought i would make it official, LRL i am sorry.

LRL i am giving you my appology for many reasons:

1. For treating you like a piece of shit,
2. For serving warez, porn and movies, mp3's on your irc server,
3. For ruining some of the "strict passworded game" rules (which was a long time ago)
4. For posting random bullshit about you, towards you, or including you.
5. For the, once in a while, ban walk.

I would just like make it clear, as im not trying to kiss your ass, or suck up to you. Most of the community knows me, and knows i am not like that. But, what i am doing, is exactly what i said, giving you my appology for all the things i have done wrong, and shouldn't have done.

Also an appology to everyone else who was effected by good or by bad by all the things that i have done.

I would also like to state that i NEVER once DOSed anyone, or any other means of attacks on ANYONE. but to be honest, if i actually KNEW how, i probably would have, but i dont know how, and obviously didnt care to learn how, as i still dont know how.. lol

I just want to be apart of the winbolo community alittle bit more then i am now. I play and take part in alot of games etc, but i think i have proven myself to be worthy of being in the irc channels, and i think i should be able to get all the passwords. I am an asset to the community as i am different from most of the players, and i bring a different game style, and different personality to the game and other players. I think i can say i am one of the better players that play the game, and people enjoy playing games with me.

So please, LRL, i ask of you, can we start off from scratch and maybe get an unban, i will not break anyrules, and will only do good for the community and everything as a whole.

Also, anyone who has any comments please feel free to post in reply to this..

I played some good opens with dz this month. He is a good player. And he really came to play ! Not to do some bad things. I think that he is cool. :)

Sounds sincere to me... Apology accepted as far as I'm concerned. We've played some good games lately... The community is made up of many types (both play styles and personalities) and it wouldn't be the same without the dz.

Speaking of bolo styles... His style is nearly the exact opposite of mine, and I've been trying to watch him to see how he pulls it off... Trying to work on more aggresive play!

I was gonna make some stupid ass comment, but damn that was a really good apology. Damn that Dz showing me up as the juvenile idiot that I am.

Fireice'll probably say something retarded, though. Leave it to him. Just like the time he and I were introduced to the Queen, and I was all, "A pleasure to meet you, Maam," and he was all "Hey baby, can I be your King? Ah heh heh heh" and twitched his eyebrows in what he imagined to be a sexually suggestive manner. It was so embarassing.

Well, i don't think LRL's going to respond to this, so i'm just going to take a stab at it for him, and for myself:

When you first came back, when min banned you, it took you less than ten minutes before you started breaking rules (flooding channels, being an all around asshole to LRL, and everyone else who tried to learn this game.) Spamming clearly violates the policy, and so does all the other things you did.

*You idled in games after being asked to please not.

*Spammed

*Hosted porn on a server

*Made posts pretending to be lrl

*Flooded the tracker

*Killed other peoples games

*Did Channel Takeovers

*Banwalking

Now, I look at IRC as a baseball game, you get three strikes and your out. Sorry my friend, i know your sincere, but it's been 9 strikes and it's the end of the inning for you.

What makes you think if you are unbanned that we can trust you? You'd create more work for LRL and all the other ops to watch you like a hawk, and personally, i don't think that's a good idea.

You've had more than 10 chances and you've broken more than half the rules on the the policy, need i say more?

Besides, Dz, everyknow knows you don't mean one word of that apology letter you've proposed. Are you hoping making a formal apology on WBN you can get LRL to feel sorry for you so you can be unbanned? Good luck with that pal.

Well i am glad you have all the reasons why i have been banned lock in your brain, but its been 1.5 years of being banned. and all of those things are little things i did to bother people. expecially lrl. which i have all appologized for.. all of them.. but i will say that i dont idle in games.. unless its for no longer then 5 mins as i do join and go out for ciggerettes.. which i say brb. not my fault if people dont see that.

Well i didnt think that me saying sorry lrl and asking to be unbanned, would make you think YOU should trust me. i notice you say .. "WE" i think he ment "he" as this is between he and i. And to be honest i would have to think that YOU CAN trust me and DO trust me not to ruin any games, as you have played a couple 1on1 and multiplayer games on your server with me, and given me the passwords.

No where do i ask for LRL to feel sorry for me.. why would i do that ? and why do you say i dont mean any of that? you thinki would take the time and thoughts to write that out, to POSSIBLY get unbanned, and then do something stupid to get banned right away again? obviously i mean what i said, cuz i said it. hmmm its just an appology for the things i have done.. that is all. its been 1.5 yrs .. i miss talking to a couple of the people that i used.. and maybe some of the newer players..

You breaking the rules were the reason for the formal kicking and banning from #winbolo and the .us server. The fact is that before we finally got around to banning you for the formal breaking of the rules a little over a year ago, many people had been asking us for a number of months to ban you because you were acting as a major asshole to almost everyone. I know of several people who were fed up with #winbolo in .us because we weren't banning you. The way we've got it on the .us server, you can certainly be a cruel asshole to people without breaking any rules. .

And yes I know you and others are going to point out that some people in .us act as an asshole at times - and that's true. However you have been by far the worst of the worst, the cruelest I have seen around. There isn't even a close second. You have made it such a pain to just deal with you. That is part of why you are the only person we have permanently banned from the .us server

So that's an issue that has to be dealt with - can you refrain from acting as an asshole if you were let back in? You certainly have the ability to use a lot of charm, I've seen that. But in the three years I've known you, I've seen you turn on the sweet charm when you needed it or had an agenda, then having the ability to turn back into the one of the cruelest assholes I have seen on the net.

It was only a few weeks ago you showed this asshole-like behavior when you made nasty posts toward LRL and I.

Wow, I was just reading some of the old threads that people have linked to as this unban Dz thing develops. That is some bonechilling hate! I love it! I had no idea - I didn't come to winbolo until middle of January or so (cause I'm such a complete newbie) and so missed most of the hate battle. I'd been picturing Dz as kind of a bigger version of underdog; I had no idea things had gotten so out of control.

Dz, it sounds like you've burned your bridges and have played this "I repent for my sins" card before. Honestly, if it were me, I probably wouldn't let you back in. But then I am a hateful bastard. Just ask FI.

Haha, shit. I'm glad to see dZ still kickin up shit in the winbolo community. Has he gone legit?! It would be something else.. like lethal finally coming clean about the things he's done and going straight edge (props to him for doing so).

Either way, the shit dZ does is easier to deal with when you don't take WinBolo to be such a big deal. I'll stop by the irc channel once in awhile and if he's fuckin up games sure it'll be frustrating but whatever. He never really gave a shat and now that I don't either (to some extent) it's great fun.

Noone removed you from the community, noone removed your ability to play. As I remember you were server banned for hosting pornography and pirated software, not for calling the server admin a poopoo head. Be realistic, here.
