My award this week for asshole goes to brando.
For allying me in an open and then proceeding to shoot me and kill me over and over. I couldn't dissally him without losing all my teammates and our pillboxes/bases. He was also shooting them and killing them.
What a true asshole. It's one thing to shoot your ally like I shoot cf occasionally when you know it's ok, but when you are asked repeatedly not to shoot your ally, and you do it, that's true asshole behavior.
Shit like this makes winbolo so god damn frustrating. I stopped playing tonight because of that crap.
Hrm, since when do we have an asshole of the week award. And if we do, shouldnt we have more than one nomination because really theres got to be a bigger asshole than Brando. Well maybe not this week, but next week. All in all, is this gonna be a regular thing now. Or is this FI's way of insulting Brando? :D
there are lot of times people are asshole in winbolo. dz are screwing up pw games, brando who shooting his ally over and over again. and fireice and cool_fool fucking around in password team strict games.
i mean, quitting winbolo over just want brando did is stupid. *unless this has been buliding up inside for awhile over other things* im not trying to defend brando at all. but don't judge other people for being asshole.

There are 2 people in a game, brando and ryu. I go to join, because we are having a 2x2. I have white screen, so i ctrl+alt+delete, and bring up task manager. I look at which winbolo.exe is processing more, as this is most likely the active one, which I don't want to close, or else I would have to open up winbolo again... and rejoin blah blah blah. Anyway, I close the nonactive .exe, and the game starts loading. What's the first thing someone says to me when I load? Well, while I was doing the above, brando the asshole was farming trees, and ryu was telling him to stop, and brando was saying it was me. Instead of showing a little bit of balls and fessing up and killing himself so he didn't have an unfair advantage, THE LITTLE SHITHEAD BS-ER WHO CALLS HIMSELF BRANDO is fucking blaming the farming on me! Like wtf? I'm not even in the game, and you have trees farmed out in your area, don't fucking blame me little cheater asshole. Brando needs to CUT THE CRAP.
There have been other times too, like in 1x1, where we are in a dead lock, so he offers to call it a tie, then I'm like fine and casually send my lgm to build a pill, and accidentally kill my own lgm by pillfire. so what does the little fucker do? HE STARTS PLAYING AND HE WINS. HE is FULL OF SHIT.
As for making some modifications to the game, that would be nice, SEEING AS HOW WHEN WE PLAYED ON VIPER'S, I KEPT FUCKING RESPAWNING ON HIS SIDE OF THE MAP, AND WASN'T ABLE TO DO SHIT! *Ahem...*
Also, in a 1x1, I am winning the game (I won the initial mini-pillwar on the ct3 triple take, had his lgm killed, and had the advantage. He likely would not have won). So what does the fuckhead do? HE FUCKING BLAMES IT ON LAG, instead of growing some balls, and allowing himself to get pwned, then he KILLS THE MAP. WTf?
These are not the only times he has BSed me or anyone else. So, to make a long story short, CUT OUT THE FUCKING SHIT BRANDO, AND GROW SOME BALLS INSTEAD OF WORRYING SO MUCH ABOUT RANKS, BY USING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS SO WHEN I OWN YOUR ASS SMALLBALL YOU DON'T GO DOWN IN THE RANKS.

My experience with Brando just a minute ago... I log into a strict, and brando is playing a newbie who has nothing... I see him doing a pill take and rebuilt the pill for the hell of it, and he shoots my man. There are about 7 bases untagged so I proceed to tag a couple, and take down a couple pills while waiting for my man to come back, which he shoots as it's running across the map. Brando starts to take pills like mad, and I take down a couple. Meanwhile this newbie is asking for help and Brando is saying "sure just not now"... Brando asks if we allied, and I say no. Just then FUBAR logs into the game, and Brando immediately allies him.... Pill count is Brando about 10, me 3, and a newbie as the 3rd on the map. Base count = not sure, but I only had 3. I see brando go into this shallow sea area to tag the remaining bases, I drop a pill and shoot it, killing Brando and leaving about 6 pills dead on the ground... he tells FUBAR to get to center quick, and then quits the game. Yup, the title is this thread is deserved.
