I've taken long and shorts breaks from winbolo for one reason or another, but in the three years since I started playing winbolo, I've never "retired". Now I do.
The shit with Brando may be the last hay that broke the camel's back, but fuck it this is too frustrating.
A few simple changes to the winbolo code could make it much less frustrating, but after 3 years, all we see is new features and new additions that are flashy to code, but some of the very basic suggestions that could be coded in to remove so much of what makes winbolo frustrating has been ignored.
There are other problems with the way the community is set up - I've done all I could to help make it better, but it's beyond my abilities to help fix.
So the hell with this - I'm outta this. I've taken down my website, for the first time since I put it together 3 years ago.

Speaking of emails, you have ten thousand email addresses, FireIce so I chose one at random and sent you a rage enfilled letter detailing how much I loath you. What it didn't say however, and what I know for sure the entire community could corroborate to (regardless of things past) is this: Thanks for everything.

I've been told several ppl asked for my email, so I've enabled the winbolo.net forwarding email. You can email me at fireice@winbolo.net and it shouldl forward the email to my active account.
Note: Some of the email addresses I've given out in the past are no longer active and I can not access those emails, especially the fireicewinbolo@hotmail.com. The yahoo.com one still works and is my permanent long term email, even if I don't check it regularly.
Figures, he enables his WBN email and I resend it only to have it sent to the address I sent it to in the first place. Now he has two emails from me at the same address with the same UN-nude picture of me. Great.
Sorry to see you go FI. Check in on us now and then. You've been a good mate, and your contributions to winbolo will be remembered.

Aucune plaisanterie, mais il sera heureux sans WinBolo. Maintenant il peut obtenir sur avec la vie. Il a dit que le seul temps qu'il était sur l'ordinateur était quand il était dans une mauvaise humeur, maintenant il n'a pas de choix mais être heureux ! Viva la taco ! Oh l'attente, je traduis espagnol dans l'anglais alors dans le français.
Ps. Avec la traduction libre de l'internet, maintenant nous tout pourrait parler en français. Va comment ce poulet vert, le signe de soleil ?
je te comprends FI, moi aussi je m'ennerve lorsque je joue et ensuite je suis ennervé contre les personnes que j'aime. Je t'avais dit de te trouver une petite amie je voie que tu as trouvé ;) la vraie vie et plus pationnante que ce jeu sans fin !
Beaucoup de joueurs n'ont pas de "fair play" c'est désolant je pense que je vais suivre ton exemple et faire de nouveau un break, le printemps revient et il est plus interessant de profiter dehors que de rester scotché a son ordinateur en essayant de gagner un jeu qui n'as pas de fin.
je recommence a faire du VTT c'est du velo tout chemin " all road bike ;)))
c'est plus fun que bolo et tout le monde se dit bonjour au passage, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici.

Oh no, I've been gone for months and first thing I see is "I retire". I thought it would be some inactive user that joined a while ago, but it happened to be our own FI. Sad to see you go FI, you'll be well missed. Not sure if I'll be compelled enough to make any more skins. :( Well GL with everything you do, hope to stay in contact.
