name stealing and abusive behavior

I managed to nail his IP: 155.42.194.36
unfortunately, as I am about to explain, I cannot give his name.
this is because he selectively assimilates a players name as his own and proceeds to attack that player
first game was with Chichi's. a player named "chichi" rolls in claiming they are not the imposter but have the 155.42.194.36 IP. I didn't know what to think. but When I entered the next game again as "K", another player 'k' rolls up at me and opens fire after allying me. after abusive language and behavior I callenge him to a match and he calls me a rookie. that wasn't what bothered me, it was the name stealing and outright douchebaggery. anything that I can do to get rid of him?

if we could get rid of all the people that are retarded/assholes on this planet, then uh..... we'd all put them in one jail, and make the earth lose it's gravitational pull, causing it to careen into the sun. too bad.

solution: assault them with an onslaught of rude phrases/words. my personal favourites are STFU, WTF, U RETARD, AND n00b!

theres nothing u can do....i remember getting pissed off when someone used my name but it was mostly because i could not join that game without takeing .net settings off. thats a pain in the ass. this kinda shit has been goin on forever and really theres nothing u can do about it.

There is something you can do: ignore the little shits. Unleashing a stream of insults and cusswords ain't gonna do it, they're after that kind of shit. If they don't get the attention they're seeking they'll eventually stop.

The one who stole erebus nick joined a game, crying and insulting at everyone who don't do exactly what HE wants and destroying the game when he is angry.
