feature where it tells who locks/unlocks topics

I beleave that it would be in good merit to have at least a post or a little note added when and by whom a topic is locked.

why? so that people can retaliate against the mod's? .. I prefer people not knowing ... and perhaps mod's should have a hidden forum were they can discuss things such as topic locking

I don't believe phpBB supports showing who/when a topic was locked. If it does I'll enable it.
