New pic page
With FireIce's permission, in a joint-venture with WinBolo.us, I debut to you the second edition of the WinBoloer picture album.

This time around its fully automated, meaning you're able to post a commented picture at any time, under any name. Removing the picture is an automated process as well. I hope to add the ability to have multiple pictures on each profile page too.
While I've tested the site, it is my first full blown PHP project so there may be bugs. An email or reply here will be appreciated.
Offensive images are bound to appear and will be removed as I see it.
