Hey i have a question, if you are playing a Strict Tourney or Tourney game, and you have the game locked from new players, if your opponent leaves without saying anything, should you stop, reopen the game or should you just go on and declare that he messed up so he loses?
If he leaves WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, you assume that he dropped accidentally, stop playing right where you are, and unlock it and wait for him to rejoin. If he leaves and says he concedes defeat, you may take ALL bases.

Depends on whether the "player is quitting game" message comes through prior to the "player has quit game" message.
Yes, but for other players, open ALL the filesharing, instant messaging, mail, weather, and all of your adware programs before joining. Let them join - when they lag out lock it and take all the bases. That way you have an 'official win'!
