First of all... ignore Madd Maxx... he hardly ever has anything that will help the situation. He's the product of getting on LRL's bad side :wink:
You can either join the java IRC client through Nova's link (
www.winbolo.us) or you can go to
www.mirc.com and download mIRC, an IRC chat client. For the java IRC client, all you have to do is type in your nickname and click OK. It will connect to the server and you will automatically be in the channel #winbolo, where most winbolo stuff happens.
For mIRC, you can set the software to automatically connect to the server, which is
irc.winbolo.us. I often have times using this server myself, so I use
irc2.winbolo.us. It goes to the same place. To connect manually, you can type "/server irc2.winbolo.us" without the quotes. To connect to the Winbolo channel, you can type "/join #winbolo" without the quotes. Once you're in #winbolo, everyone who is there will be glad to help you with the bots, server commands like Nickserv, and you might even get a game or two in.

And be sure to stop in the channel "#abots" It's the best place in the server. Just type "/join #abots" without the quotes in mIRC or the java client and you'll be at the coolest channel in town! Just gotta be there when me, Acro and Alexm are there... then we can show you some of Alexmbot's cool stuff :D
