why can't i start my own game?

My problem is this:

I love Bolo, but i can't start my own games. I would love to try some maps , but am unable to do so because of this. Whenever I try to start a game, it doesn't even show up on the tracker. Any help or ideas as to why this is, please let me no!

Open up Winbolo.

Click on "Internet", click "OK".

Click "Tracker Setup". If "Use Tracker" isn't already checked, that's probably your problem. It could also be a firewall, are you running one of those?

Agent, you can start games remotely using a server.

To do this, go to cgiirc.winbolo.us.

I am sure there will be somebody there willing to help you.
