For lack of anything better to do, I'm going to see if I can get a Winbolo FAQ composed. So far, these are what I've got:
Can we ban so-and-so?
What are the passwords?
How do I make maps?
How can I get better?
Why can't I start my own games?
Add your own suggestions. Feel free to mess around, but don't derail it. At least wait until the topic's done.

---WinBolo FAQ---
1. What are the passwords to those games?
We can't give out the passwords publicly, and since the passwords change on occasion it wouldn't do you any good. However, you can visit http://www.winbolo.us and click on "CGI:IRC Chat." Once in, type in "potd", (without the quotation marks) and you'll be given a list of all the passwords.
2. How do I make maps?
On the main page, look to the left for the "Navigation Bar." Click on "Addons," then download "Bolo Reich." You can also download another program called "Cartographer" at http://ziph.ucc.asn.au/cartographer/
3. How do I start my own games?
Open WinBolo. Select "Internet (Tracker Search)" and click OK. Click on "Tracker Setup" and make sure "Use Tracker" is checked. The tracker address should be tracker.winbolo.com and the port number is 50000. Click "New," select your map and game preferences and click OK.
4. How do I get better?
Play and practice as much as you can. To set you on the right path, follow the link in the first question and we'll help you out. There are also several guides to WinBolo at http://bishop.mc.duke.edu/bolo/
5. Can we ban Player XYZ?
In order to ban someone, the administration needs to know what the person did and what their IP address is (which appears next to their name under the "Players" menu). This won't guarantee a ban, but they need it anyway.
