First time trying to connect to irc.winbolo.com and can't connect with mIRC although had no problem with irc.winbolo.us

sitting behind firewall and have port 6667 for IRC open, anything else I'm missing? or is irc.winbolo.com down today?

The server was rebooted. Its back now.
