Well, Lil b isnt the smartest guy around. He probably though not being able to join Mystical was a bug.
What I do know: Lil B is annoying as shit.

"Mystical" is some other sort of winbolo irc chat <<irc.mystical.net>> I dont know who uses it but i think that it is used mainly for "Bolo" discussion.
