Just a note on something that's commonly misunderstood about the policy.
I originally wrote the policy to protect non-ops from abuse by ops. It outlined the only times when an op could take an action. Before the policy, ops could and would kick and ban people on a whim.
Thus, the original intent wasn't for an op to take action against all bad action. The intent was to limit the times when ops coudl take action to only when someone does something specifically outlined as bad. There's a huge difference. It is up to the op to choose when to enact the action.
Basically it comes to this: You don't screw up, you're safe from the ops. You screw up, and the ops gets to decide if they want to punish you or not.
I'm not saying it suxs, because it does sux to see other people get away with things when you get punished. I'm just clarifying the original intent of the policy and what it was designed to do. I'm sure there are better ways to design a social system to try to enforce some type of fairness and goodness in winbolo games, so if you've got the energy, go ahead and try. I've given up myself.
Note, I'm only talking about the original intent of what I wrote and what was in effect until my retirement a little while ago. I dunno what new things LRL and others have implemented since then, though looking at the policy page it doesn't seem to have change much.
In conclusion, Winbolo suxs, and CF suxs the worst of all with Jhood suxing almost as bad. Also, Acro really needs to be banned from the internet.
And, is CF still screwing people over smallballs? Ahh, the fond memories of CF trying numerous ways to cheat over smallballs.

dude it was one day. i could see if u were pissed if it was like a month or something but jesus. all this battle over one day is pointless. play something else? do something else? its amost not even worth going through a ban like that. infact dont even use the word ban. use the word hiatus, or vacation. or short time away from. thats just insaine u have 3 pages and most of it is u and hood fighting. took u more time to bitch about the ban then waiting through it. if u put this kind of dedication to everything in your life then der, u would have one awesome life.
