i need surus help

whenever i try to join a game for start a new one, it sais there is no response usaily this means one of 3 things, the adress and port adress are incorect. you might be behind some kind of firewall preventing udb accsess, or i'm using a worng version of winbolo.
is it my traker witch is traker.winbolo.com:50000
help please!!!!
