i tried (the 2nd time) to join back IRC
srry if i'm out of the times, but what do i do here?

It appears a speed-hacker who uses PacBell DSL was banned from #winbolo yesterday. If you had nothing to do with this connect to IRC and type /join #help and talk to me and I'll see if underdog will change the ban to a more specific player.
