You obviously suck so bad that you have to get hacks to win, otherwise you might cut yourself realizing the fact that you can never win a game without hacking
i agree with min regarding the weaknesses of the hacking. I have tried using the "speed hack" once and it makes gameplay very difficult and chaotic. The advantages that it affords the player are outweighed by its disadvantages, namely the unpredictability and imprecision of movement.
All it does is seem to create alot of complaining and irritation. I would wager, however, that if the community was to ignore them altogether and treated the hackers like some kind of random environmental factor, that they would leave, since mainly it seems the primary motivation for the hackers is to annoy the good players and get a thrill out of the attention.
Treat the hackers like a random lightning strike or something, just a randomizing factor thats all.
Just dont let it get to you, either that or just lock your games and ally only who you can trust. Eventually it will pass like a fad

The cheats are just ruining your game. I doubt you can control a tank shooting around at high speeds. It would also make it harder to get pillboxes because you cannot dodge the bullets coming at that high of speed.
Have your fun cheapengine, but min was right: most people will ignore you and few will play the game with you. If you derive pleasure from being an annoyance then you should know it's been done before, will be done again, accomplishes nothing and ultimately screws only one person: you. Bolo is a mature strategy game for mature people. If you can't fit in to that, go spend a day at an elementary school playground if that's closer to your level. You know what the best part of this is? When you're 45, you will agree with everything I've written here, so print it out then get out; the internet is way over your head.
I haven't played agains Rax for ahwile, but once he got the cheat he always used it when he thought no one was around, ie. to run to his base. Don't be a hypocrite.

I've been accused of speed hacking in chat once.
Coz another New Zealander (also on the countries largest ISP) was speed hacking.
blocking ISPs isn't a great idea...
