DrawBall & Winbolo

ok, so i found this thing called drawball, and what it is is a giant circle ball that you can draw anything on, you can see in the link that there is huge logos on there...

i think that we should try to attack the ball with a winbolo logo, try to advertise so that when people see winbolo.net, they would be like "Hmm, lets see what that is all about....

so anyways, how it works is that you have so much ink, so you have to use it wisly (the ink regenerates, in about 1/2 days-1 day). Im going to try to make the logo somewhere, ill post a link to it. Maybe you guys can help out?

You're certainly welcome to try, but I don't think that many people are going to be that curious about some random logo. Perhaps we'll get one or two people looking up what "bolo" is, but chances are they'll think some weirdos are still wearing those neckties or they'll come here, download the game, and then quit after they don't see any fancy graphics or explosions.

I think that a better way to advertise would be to ask your friends to play. If you've got a friend who's always got his nose in a chess book, tell him about WinBolo. Explain that the game takes a while to learn, and that he'll get knocked around for a while when he's still trying to learn pilltakes, but if he's got the patience then it's a very rewarding strategy game.

It probably couldn't hurt to try putting up a WinBolo logo on that site, but if you're really interested in advertising and getting new blood in the game, try techniques with a little higher success rate.
