My graphics frames per seconds is 3 and the graphics use 43% of my CPU. I run Win XP with a Pentium 4. I've downloaded directX and I've edited the frame rate of the game to 60 is there anything else I can try.

Do you have a Nvidia graphics card? Certain versions (specifically non WHQL Certified) of the drivers have caused problems in the past.

I do have a Nvidia graphics card it is a Geforce4 440 Go. I've tried lowering the hardware acceleration, but then the game failed to work at all. Any other feasible

Did you try a newer/differen't/WHQL certified driver?
