That's got to be one of the funkiest setups I've seen. Completely crowded to the opposite side of the keyboard so you can mouse with your off hand. I was almost shocked to see how little your favored hand does but then look at most righty's setups and you'll find they do similar functions.

It's not really that odd -- I mouse with my dominant hand - the left - and the right hand feels very comfortable and hardly has to move while I'm playing.

I have tried a number of variations on this over the years, like using 0 instead of right ctrl to fire, but my hands are kinda big and my right is still at a comfortable arch with the thumb resting on ctrl but is too bunched up being under the palm all the time at 0.

I have also tried migrating a few auxilliary functions like gunsights to mouse hand but my brain seems to be fixed on wanting complete independence of the mouse hand.

Im a lefty but its hard for me to use a with my left hand

So your dominant hand never leaves the mouse?

a zoom out
z zoom in
tab mines
and numb keypad to scroll, and my mouse is on the right of my keyboard


its kinda hard to learn but i guess i am alright with it.

wasd - tank movement (w is accel, a left, d right, s stop)
arrows - scroll
2 - pillview
enter - tankview
shift - mine
rf - aimer
space - shoot

I don't have a number pad either; well, there's the Fn keys that converts keys 7-0, u-pm j-;, m-/ to a number pad. But I don't use it. It's too complicated and I don't want to forget what my keys are in the heat of battle.

Oh, and my laptop is 12.1 in. in size. so I have pretty limited space as to where I put my hands on the keyboard.
