IRC policy clarification.
There's a policy conversation taking place right now in IRC. While I think it's good to see people wanting to move Winbolo forward, I have to stress some facts real quick. Hopefully they will help everyone out, because right now I feel there are alot of people wasting too much effort in the wrong area.
1) The IRC policy is just that, the IRC policy. It's not really meant to govern how the game is played. A tracker/wbn activegames policy would cover that.
2) If a game was started from IRC and you kill it when people are still in it, you will be removed from the channel.
3) The operators don't care if someone ruins a game after it's started, if the player in question joined and was accepted into a team before go was called.
I could list more but hopefully that will help.
