Harl brought up that it might be a good idea to have another GTO this spring break (next week for me), and assuming that I don't get any last-minute plans, I'll organize the event again (read: sit on my ass and act like I'm in charge.)
I'm going to measure the reaction I get here, and then maybe later on this week I'll make a poll and try to figure out the best time for everyone to show up.

I love GTO =)))))))) =DDDDDDDDD =====)D
According to my work schedule for the next two weeks, I'll have Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday off. Thursday I'm only working a half-day, which means that I'll have to leave at around 4:30. I don't know if I'll end up getting last-minute plans to go somewhere or work extra hours at the moment, so someone else might have to pick up the reins (again, sitting on their ass and acting like they're in charge.)
I think we can agree on at least a few rounds of Boxing, WaterBolo, TTPB and maybe some racing as well. If you've got any theme-game maps that you've made (or found) and want to try out, make sure that whoever's going to be the predominant hoster for this event has it in their files. If we get enough new players into this, I might compile some quick & easy rules for each map so we don't have to keep explaining.
Because of the informality of this event, everyone showing up at the same time and playing a certain set of games and hours isn't anywhere near important; this event is merely a promotion for theme games. However, everyone choosing a best time for them to show up will ensure that we have a maximum amount of players on-hand, and therefore more choice in what kind of games we play. (When you've only got two or three players, choices become limited.) The reason I bring this up is because last time it seemed like people were almost afraid to play past the set times, but it's entirely unnecessary.
If you've got any questions or if you're a wimp and you have "concerns," please feel free to contact me either in IRC, AIM or e-mail.

How about jousting [e.g. - joust(keep-away)], as an open, 1v1 (or more) and timed? The one with the pill after the time runs out wins.
Sure, just make sure that whoever's hosting has it.
We need a cold compress and a pallet of extra-strength Ritalin, stat.
But alas, CF has no power. His wants and needs equal those of a squirrel trying to make it across busy traffic.
I'm thinking we'll start things off at 12 P.M. Pacific Time tommorow and play until at least 4. If anyone wants to start playing before then or after, that's fine, but that's about when I'm going to show up.

Sorry guys, I couldn't make it on time. We can try again tommorow. It'll probably have to be 4-8.
