Problem IRC

from some reason i cant connect to irc. Here is the error im getting

* Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

also cant connect with the java chat of cgi thing

anyone else have this problem?

We experienced a power outage. While the servers didn’t actually go down, it did cause a bit of havoc with network communications. A locked up switch was the culprit, it has been restarted and everything is fully operational.
