Bolofest 07 Details inside.

A number of years ago Min held a bolo fest. Shortly after I decided we needed one on the east coast. I think one or two people were able to come - so it was cancelled. Im asking to see who would like to come to bolo fest 07 in upstate ny. You can fly into syracuse ny or scranton pa or even binghamton ny. It would most likely be in the first week of august. Id prefer everyone to be over 21 (some exceptions possible) It will be for 2-3 days. I will have room for 8-10 people to sleep. You need to bring yourself, clothes (optional for the ladies) A laptop would also be nice. If not I can provide a machine for you to play on. Im sure we will play other games too. If I dont know you at all - youre prolly not invited. :)

Yourself, Youll need headphones, games, a Pc (or two..) if you can bring it (Ill supply monitors) Pc cables, mouse, kb, blank cdrs / dvd (copying shit) Greenbacks for buying shit, food, paying me to NOT strip..
If you have an xbox360 console w/ GoW, CoD3, or any other games you can bring, I will have two setup to play. (one will play backups fyi) Youll need the xbox vga cable to use w/ my lcds (or a vga too componet modulator)
Im sure somebody has a good network switch 12 port or higher. (my 24 ports dead) I only have 6 and 10' cat5 lengths, bring a 20 footer if you have it. I do have a wifi network that we can use (a,b,g,) Sleeping bags! Or an airmattress, dont bring a fucking king size one. ugh... some ductape for sealing your anus from Acro.. Bring a power strip if you can. Id, Drivers li. I cant think of anything else you dumbass's would forget.

I would suggest car pooling if youre near one another. It will be the longest trip, but you will have transportation here, can bring alot of crap too.

I second a news post on this. There are people who might just visit the home page and not check the forums. Besides, I'm sick of looking at the most "recent" news item from 10 months ago.

I'm definitely down for it. I know I always wanted to get one going here in Michigan simply because there is (or was) an unusual number of active players in SE Michigan.

Better have lots of room as I don't have a LAN rig or a lappy.

Alright, Are you planning on carpooling with other michiganers? I currently have at my disposal, two laptops, two desktop rigs, 6 crt's / lcds, my projector. By august I should have two more desktops possibly that can be used for bolo.. As for other games We should start a list of what everyone plays :) console games can be played/brought too.

As far as food goes.. We can all chip in for pizzas etc, Some of you know I am a chef, so I will do a little cooking...
