Mad Scout visits winbolo

Hey everyone (for those who remember me). I last played winbolo sometime in the summer of 2004. I stopped playing I had started a new job and didn't want my addiction to winbolo to dominate my life. But today I did a search on youtube for winbolo and found several videos of full games, including one on "No Way Through", a map I designed! I thought that was pretty cool. I have some questions:

What has changed about winbolo since 2004? I know there's a new version now. What has changed and what's stayed the same about the winbolo community? Is it still the same people? Are there many new people playing?

We no longer have tanks shooting bullets; it was too violent for the children, instead we have giant hamburgers shooting french fries. When you die it leaves a big relish mark, you cannot drive quickly over relish terrain. We also changed the pillbox to be a little silly McDonalds restaraunt and it shot out french fries the drive-thru windows.

There are some new people but overall the active community has become even smaller than it was when you left.

I don't really play and left around the same time you did. First person shooters now take up most of my game-playing-time. I just got too frustrated with how lotto things can be in WinBolo and random glitches. The log-viewer is pretty damn sweet, though.
