hey, with our university we need ssh into the network before we can get access. Can we give the ip's to a system admin, and the times and let them correlate who 'bologeek' really is and tell them he's using a program that is know to have a Trojan. and more importantly making their network sucseptable to attack?

Theres probably hundreds of programs of that nature, most of which I doubt are trojans.

He should be banned for realz now.
