Strangely enough, you have to agree to it to install the game. So were you downloaded it from is irrelevant. If you think end user licsence agreements aren't enforcable, I'm sure some large software companies that regularly abuse their users with them will be glad to disagree with you.

If your seriously trying to tell us all that its illegal in some place or another to block access using ip ranges, you better start sueing WOW, or any number of other online gaming places. Might also wanna take on IRC servers too, since they regularly ban large groups of IP's to get rid of bad users. The internet is not free, you don't have freedom of access here, the people controlling the servers have the rights, not you. Just because someone puts a server up on the internet hosting a game, doesn't mean you have a god given right to access that server.
really all I'm hearing here is a baby whining becuase he can't ruin the game for everyone else anymore, poor baby.
