Ummm, could you please point out my 'long history of breaking policy' Underdog? I have been banned twice in the last, what, 4 or 5 years of playing Winbolo? The first time, as LRL himself agreed after the fact, was a grey area and I shouldn't have been banned as I had no ill intent (in fact, I killed a game no one was playing!). The second was a clear case of op power abuse - as I was banned and you could not find (nor did you really try to) the part of the policy that justified the ban.
So let's see here ... you set a long ban because of a 'long history of abuse,' but it turns out: I had never been justifiably banned before. But, for the sake of argument, let's say I had. Let us assume, even, that both times were justified. The first of those two was, as I recall, over a year ago. The second was recent but you still haven't countered my valid argument that what I did was well within the bounds of #Winbolo policy. But, even still, I have broken policy twice in the past 5 years. On what twisted planet (perhaps the imaginary one where you don't work a shit job at Best Buy) does that constitute a 'long history of abuse'?
In short, sir, you are a liar. Nonetheless, at least I can kick your ass 1v1 ... or ... wait, maybe THAT is the real reason for this ban.

Shit I almost forgot to mention: Underdog also banned Boro for literally no reason. Apparently he thought Boro was Jhood, because he's a complete friggin idiot, so poor Boro had to post to the forums and ask why he was banned. So sad. If that doesn't - by itself, regardless of other policy infractions - warrant removing Ud's ops I don't know what will. Don't believe me? Everyone has their reasons for placing a ban on someone else, even if it is petty. I'm sure just about anyone reading this who has been a chanop at some point has done it.
Does it make it right? No, but if you don't act like an idiot, it's tough to get banned. I've yelled at plenty of enemies and allies after the game and acted like a general moron and yet I'm still allowed in. Imagine that.
It's a tough problem to deal with in #winbolo because one ban lowers the active players by 5%. Because WinBolo has a small player-base, we just don't have the luxury of banning all the idiots and still being able to pull in massive amounts of people.
Well, I'm setting up a gamebot of my own so you'll have an alternative.

However a friend I refered back to bolo that played with me and my brothers back in Mac ages has recently been playing and in IRC and odd only been there a few weeks or so and he states it was like night and day with you in and out of IRC.
