is it down? am i using the wrong address? what address should work?

The correct address is tracker.winbolo.com:50000 and it appears to be down. There's a html dump of the active games at winbolo.net/activegames.php

The built in tracker seems to go down often. Use the Active Games link on this site: http://www.winbolo.net/activegames.php
