Ok, I'm stumped.
My first thought was to parse the newswire to see who locked, but the brain interface doesn't pick those up and there's nothing else that would indicate who is locked and who isn't, unless everyone is using the borg on their clients and those too lazy to lock won't install a borg in the first place.
And in-game kicking depends on the configuration of the server but overall I'd think it's just scripting to update firewall rules to drop a specific IP for a few minutes, effectively kicking them from the game.
If anyone has ideas on either let me know.
Can you pick up player names that aren't using wbn and display them on a tracker?
Neither of those features are feasible with the current borg interface. You just don't get enough control.
