Newcomer :D

I just downloaded this and I have a few questions:

In this forum, I read alot of 'borgs', 'autopilots' and 'brains' terms. What do they mean?

I was trying to set up a single player game with cumputer tanks, but I see none of them, lol. :S

To get a brain/borg, you need to choose "Add-ons" and download one.

But you should not play with borgs, better join real games.
In the real games, you can ask us for help, we will ally you and teach you how to play.

Just go to:


Games

Active Games
Archived Games

if you klick on "active games", you can see a list of actual games.

select "join"

(Server IP: winbolo.yesacrossamerica.com:27501 (Info - Join )

A new Window pops up. Choose Join again. If you have the correct settings, there will pop up a winbolo map.

For further Questions, feel free to take a look at the forum or ask us out ;-)

You have to start a network game first and then open additional winbolo clients and join them to the server... I'm not sure if the built in game starter works currently though.

So, Brains are AI players.

Borgs are for player assistance, while a person is AFK, the tank will move by itself.

You are correct about brains but only halfway correct about borgs.

Some borgs will auto-do some tasks. For example, auto repair pills or auto farm or auto aim for an LGM kill. However, I don't believe many drive your tank for you automatically. Once the agent becomes autonomous like that, I believe it might be better classifed as a brain.
