Nemo - It's Time

Heya Nemo-

Apparently you banned the entire state of Minnesota's Comcast coverage in order to take out lil' old me. However, there are two problems with this: (1) if you've been tracking me at all you'll notice my location jumps between a variety of places including Seattle, Chicago, New York City, Minneapolis and even Auckland, New Zealand every month or less ... so ... you're going to have to add a few more states to keep me out ;) Also, and more importantly, I've heard of at least two players who now can't play thanks to your ban. That's the part I don't like.

As I understand it, you banned me for 'threatening' Siren ... well, in a poetic twist, you can now 'defend' her honor once more by lifting your ban on Minnesota. 'How's that?' you say? Well, if you *don't* do it I'm going to publish some nifty personal info online in some nifty places ... Winbolo will be just the start. Think 'putting someone's number up in the bathroom and saying "for a good time call x"' but times 50 or so. Whose info you say? Well, if you're asking *officially* then: the Queen of England! Unofficially? Who know?! I'll just surprise you!

Anyway, if you *really* did your giant ban to 'defend' her as you claim now is your chance to prove it :) I just think it's weak to ban a whole part of the country to take out someone you don't like ... spoils it for other folks ya know? Not to mention being clearly less than effective. If you don't want to lift it, well, Siren, you can thank Nemo! Oh and Nemo ... this could all be extended to you as well if ya get my meaning. Anyone want verification that I have nifty info?! Oh do please ask :)

I banned you for threatening Siren, so you come back and threaten me to unban you. Hmm.... you're not as smart as I would have thought. Had you just asked nicely I would have unbanned you. Try revoking your threats and try again, otherwise if you do decide to follow through on your threat and post any info about me you will just end up banned for life in every state (and most likely on the other servers also). Your choice.. :)

Things learned:

1) Nemo doesn't actually give a rat's ass about Siren - makes you wonder what his actual motivation is.

2) Banned in other states? Nemo ... you can't ban every state man. That's my point ... clearly I get around your bans anyway, but other players in Minnesota don't. So lift the ban for their sakes, not mine. Jesus man get with the program.

Here's my real question: if your ban isn't 'protecting' Siren (but rather doing the opposite) nor is it effectively keeping me from playing (but it is keeping other players from playing) ... what exactly is the point and why would you need me to 'ask nicely' to remove it when it effects others, not me?

However, all of this debate aside: sure, I'll retract my threats and I hereby ask you 'nicely' to unban the state of Minnesota from playing WinBolo. I am not 'above' being the bigger man here - just do it, you're fucking over the already-limited population of people who still play this archaic 2D tank game and not even achieving your purpose in doing so.

2. nemo's server right? i believe he can do whatever the fuck he wants. if u were not such a shit maybe u would have never been banned in the first place. maybe instaid of ban jumping in multiple places forcing him to ban that ip as well just move on? im sure whatever players that cant join would thank u for it. to me if they cant join they are talking to the wrong person, seeing as u have such a nice reputation around here.

What no one seems to get is that this is win-win for me ... either Nemo *doesn't* unban Minnesota and comes out looking like the ass he is ... or he *does* unban Minnesota and caves to my demands. Meanwhile, everyone gets all in a hizzy and I get free entertainment. I <3 Winbolo.

I still fail to understand why you people don't get it, who cares if he bans everyone from his server? its his server? start your own? give me a break. Its not like banning people from that server will prevent them from playing the game. Anyone in Minnesota or any other place nemo ban's can just use a different server, or start their own. From the looks of things derami, you seem a bit bored.
