Static-Free Laundry Detergent

I created a quick static-free default skin. It just changes the static to black.

I created a self-extracting archive to simplify the skin installation process. Just run it, click install, and you'll be set! Don't forget to activate it via the "Skins" button on the opening Game Selection screen!
