I've made an account went to "Active games", click join on one of them but it never loads.

just a question.. have you actually downloaded and installed the game?? the web page is just for finding games it is NOT the actual game (like a java application). sooo if u need to download and install the game do so by following the links under the Links and Downloads section on the upper left hand side of the main page.
Yes I have downloaded the game but when I open it up hit internet and then refresh it says "Error connecting to tracker"
but it worked at my school
well right now they are only using version 1.16 on the bots. make sure that is the version you have installed. also winbolo.net may not be set up correctly you may have to turn it off in the options and reconfigure it with someones help later.
Click 'tracker setup' and tell us what you have in there for setup.

withe the box checked...
Your internet connection might be blocking ports. To test this go to Start, Run, type cmd and press enter to bring up a command prompt. Type this in the black box and press enter: telnet 206.123.113.246 50000
You should see a list of stuff like map, version, players, etc.
